If you overdo it with vitamins, there is a risk of problems. Sports nutritionist Anton Brykin spoke about this in more detail, RT reports.

As the doctor noted, if you overdo it with taking vitamins, a dangerous condition may arise.

“Hypervitaminosis, or an increase in the concentration of vitamins to a toxic level, is a condition in which one or another vitamin accumulates in tissues and organs and interferes with their normal functioning,” the doctor said.

A wide variety of consequences are possible: allergies, urolithiasis, heart and vascular problems, and so on.
