You should start with warm water with lemon, a laxative or activated charcoal.
Ideally, cleanse your intestines using a proven and common method, ” the expert noted.
Then, on the fasting day, you need to consume a lot of fiber.
You can eat, for example, beetroot and fresh cabbage salads, greens, apples.
And exclude any other food, ” Silina clarified.
She recommended using olive oil as a salad dressing.
The expert also advised reducing portions by half and visiting a fitness club.
According to Silina, you should start training with low-intensity programs – yoga, Pilates, etc.
