What foods help with baldness

First, you need to increase your consumption of foods high in protein – eggs, fish, lean meat, legumes.

The latter, according to the doctor, provide the body not only with protein, but also with iron.

A deficiency of which is often associated with hair loss, noted Pashchenko.

Secondly, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are important for healthy hair.

They are found in abundance in fatty fish – mackerel, salmon, sardines, as well as in nuts and seeds, in particular walnuts and flax seeds.

Thirdly, hair loss can be caused by vitamin D deficiency.

It is found in large quantities in egg yolks, fatty fish, and fortified dairy products.

Another important vitamin for healthy hair is vitamin C, the trichologist added.

According to her, there is a lot of vitamin C in citrus fruits, strawberries, broccoli, and kiwi.
