What is also unique is that the dish is ideal for both breakfast and lunch and dinner.
A simple recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need the following products:
- loaf;
- two avocados;
-tomato;
- chili pepper;
– a clove of garlic;
– lemon juice (half a teaspoon);
– 2-3 sprigs of cilantro or parsley.
For cooking, take an avocado. The softer it is to the touch, the better.
We cut the loaf and then dry it in a toaster or in a frying pan without oil.
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash the pulp with a fork or blender until it becomes puree.
Next, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
Then finely chop the tomato, chili, garlic and herbs and add to the puree.
You can add salt and pepper to taste. After that, you need to stir.
Spread guacamole on toasted bread. You can add red fish or blue cheese (cut into pieces) on top.
