You can add your favorite seasonings such as pepper, thyme or lemon juice.

Use the grill to get a flavorful and juicy result without drying out the fish.

Grill the trout for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

If you prefer to bake the trout in the oven, preheat it to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the prepared fish in a baking dish, add a few lemon wedges and sprigs of fresh herbs such as dill or parsley inside.

This will give the fish extra flavor and tenderness.

Cover the pan with foil to keep the juiciness. Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and let the fish brown for a few more minutes.

Trout also turns out delicious and tender in a frying pan. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil over medium heat.

Place the trout in the pan skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes, then carefully turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
