Meat Fingers Recipe

First, divide two chicken breasts into several pieces.

Beat each resulting part with a hammer. Add a little salt.

As a result, you will get "leaves", in each of which you need to wrap a little grated cheese. In total, you will need 100 grams of this product.

Place the resulting “rolls” in a container with beaten raw egg.

After this, roll all the “fingers” in flour and place them in a preheated frying pan.

Fry and turn the “rolls” until their surface is completely golden brown.

Next, reduce the heat to low, pour some hot water into the pan (3-4 spoons will be enough) and put a lid on the pan.

In 45 minutes this New Year's delicacy will be ready.
