Potato Pizza Recipe
Take 4 potatoes and grate them using a grater.
Important point: you need to use the side of the kitchen tool on which the large “drops” are located.
Remove excess moisture from the resulting mass.
Next, add one raw egg to the potato base.
Add a little salt and pepper to the mixture and mix it well.
Transfer the prepared dough to a frying pan into which sunflower oil was previously poured.
Spread the potato-egg mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan and place the pan on the hotplate.
Fry the potato pancake for 10 minutes.
Then turn the resulting culinary product over, grease it with ketchup and add your favorite filling (for example, sausage, tomato slices and grated cheese).
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza for another 10 minutes.
