By the way, it’s quite easy to prepare, without any culinary tricks, and doesn’t take much time.

Treat your family to a new dish - they will be asking for more.

The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

Ingredients:

– minced meat (400 grams);
– fresh parsley (10 grams);
– a teaspoon of Dijon mustard;
– 7 chicken eggs;
– wheat flour (60 grams);
– breadcrumbs (100 grams);
– vegetable oil (200 ml).

Do you have all of this? Then let's get to cooking: cook the eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes (the yolk should remain liquid).

Add chopped parsley and Dijon mustard to the mince. Mix thoroughly.

Roll the boiled eggs in flour.

Take 80 grams of minced meat, cover it with cling film on both sides, then roll it out into a small circle with a rolling pin.

Wet your hands (slightly) with water, take a minced meat patty and put an egg in the middle, wrapping it in minced meat. Give it the shape of a bun.

We roll this bun of ours in flour, dip it in beaten eggs and roll it in breadcrumbs.

Fry the balls in well-heated oil until golden brown.
