You can easily and simply make exactly this - nutritious and very tasty - dish as quickly as possible. And have time to deal with other things.

The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

To prepare breakfast, we will need, first of all, instant oatmeal (regular oatmeal is acceptable) – a glass.

You will also need two eggs, a glass of warm milk, cheese (30 grams), green onions, parsley or dill (greens - to taste) - three sprigs or feathers.

In addition, another ingredient is salt, but only a pinch is needed.

Preparation

We start by placing the oatmeal, eggs and warm milk into a deep bowl.

Mix well and leave for 7 minutes – during this time the oatmeal will swell.

Well, you finely chop the herbs and grate the cheese (on a fine grater).

Next, add them to the oat mixture along with salt and mix thoroughly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the oatmeal dough.

Close the lid and fry for 3 minutes until a golden rim appears.

After this, carefully turn the flatbread over and continue cooking (without the lid) until a golden brown crust appears.
