According to her, it is necessary to use sour cream with a fat content of 15% to 25% in the process.

But it is also permissible to use homemade sour cream with a fat content of 30% to 35%.

Mix our sour cream (half a kilo) with powdered sugar (100 grams).

Then you need to beat it with a mixer for about seven to ten minutes.
