And the housewives add: it’s very easy to prepare such ruddy flatbreads, and it takes no more than 10 minutes.

There is only one problem: before they even have time to put a dish on the table, it is gobbled up in no time, before you can blink.

By the way, cooking takes place without an oven. This is convenient, for example, in the heat. And it also allows you to enjoy flatbreads on a regular basis.

The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

Ingredients

– 1 egg;
– kefir (200 ml);
– a teaspoon of salt;
– a tablespoon of vegetable oil;
– flour (300 grams);
– a teaspoon of baking powder;
– cheese (200 grams).

Preparation

Break an egg into a bowl, pour in kefir, vegetable oil, and add salt.

We also add sifted flour there and knead the dough.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Next, roll out the dough into a 5 mm layer and spread the cheese over it.

After this, roll it into a roll, secure the edge, and cut into discs 1.5 to 2 centimeters wide.

Take one such washer, press it with your palm and roll it out with a rolling pin into a 5-millimeter flat cake.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and then add the flatbreads.

Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Then we place our product on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
