Very often, many housewives use lavash to prepare various dishes.
Among the most interesting options is a roll with crab sticks and cucumbers.
Everyone who has ever tried this dish notes its excellent taste. They say that you always want to eat more of this roll.

The recipe for cooking is very simple. It was shared by the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need:
- lavash;
- two eggs;
– crab sticks (150 grams);
– 1-2 fresh cucumbers;
– mayonnaise (100 grams);
– green onions (20 grams);
– salt (to taste).
Important: You don't need to buy thin lavash in advance (this is the kind you need for cooking), as it can dry out and become brittle.
Wash the cucumbers and grate them using a coarse grater.
The eggs are boiled hard, then they are also grated, but after that they are sent to another container, that is, they should be separate from the cucumbers.
We take the crab sticks out of the film and put them on a grater. Then put them in a separate bowl.
Wash the green onions and chop them finely.
The next step: spread the lavash on the table and spread it with mayonnaise, using a spoon to spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Next, sprinkle the lavash with grated eggs, and then add the cucumber mixture.
We will smooth it all out with a spatula, and then apply a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Add a layer of grated crab sticks on top, then mayonnaise and green onions.
Roll the lavash into a tight roll and wrap it in cling film to form a sausage.
Place the finished dish in the refrigerator for several hours.
Before serving, remove the film from the roll and cut into pieces.
