This cooking method was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need 600 grams of minced chicken, a teaspoon of salt, 2 apples and 2 eggs, 2 cloves of garlic, a purple onion.
You will also need ground black pepper, 5 tablespoons of corn flour and 100 milliliters of refined sunflower oil.
Preparation begins with peeling the onions and apples, which are then cut into small pieces.
Lightly fry the onion in sunflower oil, then add the apples.
Continue frying – the onion should be completely cooked.
Chop the garlic, mix it with the minced meat and the apple and onion mixture.
Beat in the egg and mix well again. Then add salt, pepper and mix again.
Now we form small round cutlets, which we roll on all sides in corn flour.
Fry in sunflower oil on both sides and serve.
