You will need:
- oatmeal 1/2 cup;
- milk 1/2 cup;
- egg 1 pc;
- honey 1 tsp;
- baking powder 1/2 tsp;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Beat the egg and milk with a whisk, add salt and honey.
2. Add the oatmeal, stir and let sit until the oatmeal swells.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on medium heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
