Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told what tasty things can be quickly prepared for breakfast from oatmeal.

You will need:

  • oatmeal 100 g;
  • eggs 2 pcs;
  • milk 1 glass;
  • cheese 30 g;
  • herbs to taste;
  • salt to taste.

How to cook

1. Mix oatmeal, eggs and milk in a bowl. Milk should be at room temperature.

2. Mix until smooth, then leave for 5-7 minutes to allow the flakes to swell.

3. At this time, grate the cheese on a fine grater and chop the herbs with a knife.

4. Add cheese, herbs and salt to taste to the oat mixture, stir, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the mixture into the frying pan.

Fry under the lid for 3-4 minutes, then turn over to the other side and cook until done without the lid. Enjoy!
