How to properly add mineral water to minced meat

It is important to remember the following: too much drink can make the cutlet base too liquid.

To avoid this problem, you need to adhere to the following ratio: for 700 grams of minced meat - a maximum of 100 milliliters of mineral water.

After adding carbonated water, leave the resulting mass “alone” for at least 5 minutes.

This “rest” will allow the minced meat to acquire the ideal consistency and be “soaked” in spices.
