Nutritionist Evgeny Arzamastsev spoke about this in more detail, reports the publication “ Moscow 24 ”.

For example, as the doctor noted, a young and active person can eat 1-2 eggs daily.

If you have health problems, excess weight, then you should eat eggs less often. It is enough to add them to the diet 2-3 times a week.

Arzamastsev added that in case of atherosclerosis, eggs can be eaten, but no more than 2-3 pieces per week can be eaten.

Here it is much more important to control the amount of cholesterol that comes from unhealthy foods (sausages, processed foods, etc.).
