Those who are crazy about aromatic shashlik and delicious steak are unlikely to want to change their favorite dishes for fish.

And in general, is it worth doing this - after all, meat already contains a lot of useful substances. Is fish really healthier?

However, according to nutritionist and therapist Alexandra Razarenova, it is still worth eating fish more often.

The specialist is convinced that at least two or three days a week should be “fish days”.

The reason is that protein from fish is absorbed faster than that found in meat.

Another advantage of fish is that it is a source of omega-3 fatty acids. They, in turn, reduce the likelihood of vascular and heart disease.

In addition, in fish you will also find fat-soluble vitamins D, A, E, B vitamins, minerals selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium that are essential for the body.

Important: all of the above does not mean that you should completely give up meat dishes, replacing them with fish.
