Are you on a diet but still dreaming of a burger or a piece of cake?
Don't beat yourself up - sometimes it's good for you! Once a week, have a "cheat meal" - a day when you can eat whatever you want.
It's not a breakdown, it's a strategy. When the body gets few calories for a long time, it slows down the metabolism, thinking that hunger has set in. A cheat meal tricks it: you give a signal that there is enough food, and the metabolism speeds up again.

But there are rules. Don't turn the day into a gluttony: eat one dessert or dish that is forbidden to you, but keep the rest of your meals healthy.
For example, order pizza for lunch and go back to vegetables and chicken for dinner. And be sure to move that day - walking or dancing will help burn off extra calories.
Surprisingly, after a cheat meal, many people notice that their weight continues to decrease. Try it and you will stop hating diets. And to avoid breaking down, plan the “forbidden” dish in advance.
For example, on Wednesday you go to a cafe with friends and order a cheesecake. This way you will avoid impulsive decisions. And remember: a cheat meal is not an excuse to eat until your stomach hurts.
Enjoy the taste, but stop when you feel full.
