What kind of marmalade should you not buy?

Dianova called on parents not to fall for the tricks of marketers and not to buy brightly colored marmalade for their children.

Bright dyes, the doctor warned, provoke not only allergies, but also cancer.

The most harmful dyes are the brightest ones. These are blue, green, red and orange, - the gastroenterologist said.

According to her, there are natural marmalades in stores. They look less presentable, but are much healthier.

To choose healthy marmalade, you need to read the ingredients: at the beginning there should be puree from fruits or berries, and not glucose-fructose syrup or sugar.

But even natural marmalade can only be consumed in strictly limited quantities.

As Dianova explained, 100 g of marmalade contains about 80 g of carbohydrates, its caloric content is slightly less than that of sugar.

According to the doctor, excessive consumption of marmalade threatens insulin resistance, obesity and diabetes.
