You shouldn't eat fish with eggs, because vitamin B7 (involved in the process of collagen production) becomes much less effective.

This negative effect is provided by the ovidin contained in eggs.

By the way. Nutritionists say that the maximum limit for the number of eggs eaten per day is one or two pieces.

The most optimal time for their consumption is considered to be morning; it is recommended to boil them hard.

Experts are not against scrambled eggs, provided that a little oil is added, which is known to give us unnecessary calories.
