Many people have already become accustomed to the fact that if we talk about the healthiest diet, then it means the Mediterranean diet.
But the world is full of programs that are scientifically proven and protect against known negative changes in the body.
Researchers from the University of Cork (Ireland) have found that the nutritional system of a non-industrialized society reduces the risk of developing chronic diseases, the journal Cell reports.

Among others, obesity, heart and vascular problems, and diabetes are named.
NiMe Diet
The diet was called "NiMe".
It represents the food system of the population, whose representatives have been least influenced by industry and technology.
That is, these are people who obtain food through hunting, farming, gathering and other crafts.
The inhabitants of Papua New Guinea from among the peasants were named as some of the representatives of this culture.
What to eat
The diet is based on vegetables, beans and limited amounts of meat and fish.
Dairy products, wheat, beef, foods with sugar and saturated fats are absent from the NiMe diet.
It is enough to follow this diet for three weeks to reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol by 17%.
At the same time, the blood glucose level decreases by 6%, and the level of inflammatory protein by 14%.
The diet has a positive effect on the intestinal microflora, strengthens the immune system and improves metabolism.
