It is generally accepted that frying makes any food less healthy.
It would seem that this conclusion is logical and absolutely correct.
After all, with the above-mentioned type of heat treatment, food becomes excessively fatty.

In addition, carcinogens appear.
This is why it is believed that it is better to boil or bake food rather than fry it.
There are exceptions, however. There are a few foods that benefit from roasting.
What foods can be safely fried
Processing with vegetable oil, oddly enough, makes the following foods more useful:
- eggplants;
- carrot;
- tomatoes;
- pumpkin.
And this is explained very simply: the above-mentioned vegetables are sources of important compounds, for the absorption of which fat is needed.
We are talking about fat-soluble vitamins.
In addition, frying the above mentioned fruits increases their antioxidant content.
Therefore, you can safely fry tomatoes, carrots, eggplants and pumpkin.
But remember: consuming excessive amounts of oil can have negative effects on your health.
So don't overdo it with this greasy, viscous product.
