How to Grow Peppers in a Month? An Unusual Method with Yeast and Sugar

Growing peppers in 30 days may seem impossible, but this yeast-sugar symbiosis method will change your idea of gardening.

It all starts with choosing seeds - early varieties such as 'Gypsy' or 'Atlant' are suitable.

A day before planting, soak the seeds in a solution of 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of raw yeast and a glass of warm water.

Sugar acts as a catalyst, awakening the embryo, and yeast creates a nutrient medium that accelerates germination.

After 12 hours, the seeds will swell and can be planted in peat tablets or coconut substrate.

The soil should be warmed up to +25°C — use a heating pad or place the containers near the radiator. The first sprouts will appear in 3 days.

Now prepare a "yeast cocktail": dilute 50 g of fresh yeast in 1 liter of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and leave to ferment for 3 hours. Dilute the mixture in 10 liters of water and water the seedlings.

Yeast will saturate the soil with B vitamins and carbon dioxide, which will speed up cell division by 2 times.

After a week, repeat watering, but reduce the concentration by half.

When the stems have 4 true leaves, transplant the pepper into the soil, adding a handful of sand and a teaspoon of ground eggshells to each hole. The sand will improve drainage, and the eggshells will protect against slugs.

Keep the plants under plastic cover for the first 10 days, maintaining the temperature at least +22°C at night.

Spray the leaves with a solution of whey (1:10 with water) every 5 days - this will prevent fungal diseases.

On the 25th day after germination, remove the first flowers - this will redirect the plant's energy to the growth of the stem and leaves.

By the 30th day, the bushes will be covered with new buds, and the first fruits will reach the size of a walnut. Collect them immediately, without waiting for them to turn red - this stimulates the formation of the next ovaries.

Store peppers in paper bags at +10°C, layering them with mint leaves to protect them from mold.

The method requires precise adherence to temperature conditions and dosages - any deviation will slow down growth.

If the leaves start to turn yellow, wash the soil with clean water and add nettle infusion (1 kg of greens per 10 liters, leave for 3 days).
