To carry out the treatment, you will need vaseline oil.

Contrary to popular belief, pests can successfully survive the winter and return to their old ways at the beginning of spring.

Among them are aphids and leafhoppers, mites, as well as scale insects and leaf rollers, mealybugs and other parasites.

All of them can be neutralized before they finally emerge from hibernation.

When to start

It is recommended to focus on the air temperature. Depending on the climate and weather, work is carried out in the first days of March.

But the best time is a windless and dry day. The main condition is an average daily temperature of 5-6 degrees Celsius.

You can start after there has been no frost at night for a week.

How to prepare a solution

You will need 250 ml of Vaseline oil per 1 liter of warm water.

Mix the mixture in a sprayer and begin treatment immediately.

One tree may require from 2 to 5 liters of the prepared solution.

And to treat a fruit or ornamental shrub, you may need from 0.5 to 2 liters of the prepared mixture.

The second treatment is carried out with Bordeaux mixture.
