First, you should plant late and mid-season varieties, which have a growing season of 110-150 days.
Early ripening varieties take 95-115 days from germination to fruiting.
In regions with prolonged spring frosts and short summers, it is recommended to plant early ripening eggplants.
It is also necessary to take into account that it takes 10-14 days for the seeds to germinate.
Eggplant seedlings should be transplanted into the soil after 55-60 days.
But you also need to look at the condition of the seedlings: they should have formed 8-10 leaves.
