Has late blight turned your tomatoes into a brown mass?
It's time to plant varieties that ignore this scourge.
The first on the list is ‘Dubok’. Its 60 cm high bushes are covered with apple-sized fruits.

The skin is dense, and the pulp with a high content of dry matter does not give the fungus a chance.
The variety ripens in 85 days, ahead of the peak of late blight.
Plant the Oak tree in windy places - stagnant moisture is contraindicated for it.
The second option is "Cherry Lycopa". These mini-tomatoes in clusters of 20 pieces contain a record amount of antioxidants that suppress late blight spores.
The plants reach 2 meters, require garters and pinching, but bear fruit until frost.
The third champion is "Zhavoronok F1". A hybrid with genetic resistance to late blight and cladosporiosis. Fruits weighing 200 g ripen in 80 days, suitable for salads and canning.
The main secret of these varieties is early ripening and physiological resistance of cells to fungal penetration.
But even they can be destroyed if planted in the shade or flooded with water. For prevention, spray the bushes once every 10 days with a solution of whey (1:10 with water) with the addition of 5 drops of iodine.
Do not plant tomatoes after potatoes or eggplants - late blight overwinters in the soil.
If you notice the first spots, immediately remove the affected leaves and burn them.
Store the harvest in a dry place, layering it with onion peels - its phytoncides suppress the fungus.
Now your tomatoes will laugh at the late blight, and your neighbors will envy you through the fence.
