It turns out that the time of day you drink coffee makes a huge difference.
Most people start their day with this invigorating drink. And they are right to do so.
A cup of morning coffee may reduce the risk of potential early death, a recent scientific study has shown.

The results of the scientists’ work were published several days ago in one of the specialized scientific publications.
According to the findings, people who regularly drank coffee in the morning had a lower risk of premature death from cardiovascular disease than those who drank the beverage during the day.
However, scientists have not been able to prove whether coffee is the main factor in this regard.
In total, they studied 40,725 adults who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in the United States from 1999 to 2018.
According to the survey, of this number of people, 36% said that they drink coffee only in the morning, and 14% said that they drink it all day.
During 10 years of follow-up, 4,295 people died, and 1,268 deaths were due to cardiovascular disease.
Scientists have discovered a pattern: those who drink coffee in the morning have a 16% lower risk of premature death than people who do not drink it at all.
Moreover, it turned out that citizens who drink coffee in the morning are 31% less likely to die from heart disease.
Scientists have not yet figured out why drinking the drink in the morning reduces the risk of early death.
They suggest that drinking coffee during the day or in the evening may disrupt the body's internal clock.
