To set the second record, he had to do 95 reps of dips on the bars with an additional 18.2 kg weight.

This number is 8 repetitions more than the previous record holder.

As a result, the young man received two Guinness World Records certificates, officially confirming the inclusion of his achievements in the Guinness Book of Records.

Becoming a record holder from a world-famous reference book is nothing new for Ruslan.

Fatahov set 7 world records earlier: in total, his name is mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records nine times.
