Children's clothing is a subject of special attention for any housewife. It always has a lot of different stains, which cannot be washed off with any means.
Here are a few situations in which a housewife who is about to do laundry may find herself.
1. Fruit and berry stains
- Soak the item in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Rub the stain with laundry soap and leave for 10 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water, then machine wash.
2. Blood stains
- Pour hydrogen peroxide onto the stain and rub with a soft brush.
- Dry the stain with a hair dryer.
- If the stain remains, wash the item in warm water.
3. Grass and soil stains
- Blot the stain with a damp cloth to absorb the dirt.
- Treat with vinegar or lemon juice.
- Leave for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- Wash if necessary.
4. Tea and coffee stains
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of water.
- Soak a cotton pad in the solution and wipe the stain.
- After this, wash as usual.
Experience suggests that sometimes folk tricks work more effectively when combined with professional products.
