What should be the composition of chocolate
As the expert explained, ideal chocolate should consist of cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter – if it is dark chocolate.
Milk also contains dry milk. In addition, the composition may include vanillin, lecithin and other additives.
In addition to the composition, the label must contain: production date and expiration date, information on storage conditions and the presence of GMOs, if the product is manufactured according to GOST - standard designations.
