Blockages in pipes are a fairly common problem, but, what is good news, they are easily solved.
We will share an effective method that will dissolve the blockage in a matter of minutes.
Instructions for use
To get rid of a blockage, you will need the simplest “ingredients”: hot water and baking soda.
First, pour a glass of soda into the drain, and then pour a glass of boiling water into it.
Then it's a matter of time: you need to wait a few minutes for the soda to start working. As a result of the chemical reaction between soda and hot water, an alkali is formed, which dissolves fat and other contaminants, that is, the cause of the blockage of the pipes.
If the blockage does not go away the first time, you will have to repeat all the steps again.
Contraindications for use
Please note: this method cannot be used if you have plastic pipes. The problem is that hot water can cause them to become deformed.
Alternative methods
In addition to the above method, you can use a mixture of vinegar and soda, which must be mixed in equal quantities and brought to a boil.
After this, the solution is poured into the sink, and after a few minutes the pipes are supposed to be washed with hot water.
You can also use soda and vinegar in another way: pour half a glass of soda into the drain hole and fill it with the same amount of vinegar. When everything is ready, close the hole with a stopper and wait a few hours. Then flush the pipe with hot water.
If citric acid was found in the cabinet, add 50-100 g of "citric acid" to the drain and pour boiling water. In this case, you need to wait a few hours, after which the pipe should be washed with warm water.
