To get in shape, the expert continued, three meals a day with two snacks will help.
Secondly, it is necessary to regularly include protein-rich foods in your diet: fish, seafood, lean meat.
They help maintain muscle mass while losing weight and reduce appetite.
You also need to eat foods high in fiber – vegetables, cereals.
In addition, you should avoid fast carbohydrates – sweets, baked goods, white bread.
It is better to choose complex carbohydrates, for example, whole grain cereals, bread, and durum wheat pasta, the nutritionist advised.
