And don't buy ready-made sauces! Store-bought mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard contain MSG, which is addictive and makes you overeat.

Make them at home: mix natural yogurt, lemon juice and spices - it will take five minutes, but will save your health.

And don't forget about water. Bottled water in plastic often contains microplastics. Install a reverse osmosis filter - it will remove 99% of impurities.

And if you drink mineral water, choose glass bottles. And the last piece of advice: replace salt with sea or Himalayan salt. They contain microelements that regular salt loses during processing.

And never heat food in plastic containers! When heated, plastic releases bisphenol A, which disrupts hormonal balance.
